- frist make file to set formate responce to use it in api for mobile to handel manu status code of rquest responce .
 - after make file apiresponce tell me in file deomented what is responces in example  

- check all screen and current flow in project then id has missing thing add this in new file and plan for add it in seytem .

- now  make plan for full action api for mobile action 
note use two lang "ar,en" .
 - make api for all setting to useto show data in app  .

## Note — follow-up booking is admin-only (Phase 4.5)

`clinic_bookings.type` now also accepts `followup` ("إعادة الكشف"), but booking that type is
**admin-dashboard-only** — see `plan_Clinics/10-new-requirements-plan.md` (Track C). The mobile API
must not expose any endpoint that lets a patient create a `type=followup` booking; the patient-facing
booking endpoints should keep accepting `visit`/`online` only, same as the current web site.
