### 1. Fix Missing Migrations ✅
**Status**: COMPLETE  
**Implementation**: 
- Created: `database/migrations/2026_02_26_000000_create_admins_table.php`
- Schema: All required fields included
- Status field: Enables active/inactive control

### 2. Register Middleware Correctly ✅

**Implementation**:
- Verified: `bootstrap/app.php` has middleware aliases
- Fixed: `routes/adminauth.php` naming conflicts

- Blocks: Inactive admins from logging in

### 5. Add Super Admin Bypass ✅

**Implementation**:
- Added: `Gate::before()` callback in AppServiceProvider
- Checks: `$user->hasRole('Super Admin')`
- Effect: Bypasses all permission checks globally
- Safe: Wrapped in try-catch for error handling
**Verification**: Gate::before returns true for Super Admin

### 6. Ensure Permission Cache Reset ✅

- RolesController: Clears cache in store/update/delete (3 places)
